Assessment brings insights to you and your organization. Profile Influence’s assessment methodology is based on DISC (PPA®) from Thomas International®. It empowers you to understand your Leadership, Management and Basic Working style and the nature of your strengths and weaknesses.

Also, if you are seeking to evaluate candidates within a specific role, assessment will bring further insight. In this case assessment works best if a Job Profile with expected competencies is defined in advance. This enables us to provide a greater understanding of areas requiring further development and coaching and to recommend the type of training that would be beneficial.

An even more effective method is to analyze an entire team. This involves learning effective team management and starts with your own working style. We then consider the broader questions of how new associates should be integrated into the team?

A little about me

During the 30 odd years that I have been around in the industry I venture to say that people, particularly in well-led teams, make the difference. Open mindedness is extremely important as it enables the strengths of individuals to be discovered and this is critical to success of any organisation.

My insights come from a broad knowledge of, and experience in, the Life Sciences Industry and Healthcare, based on a Science education from the University of Amsterdam and Business education at Kellogg’s School of Management. My experience was gained in Industry, Executive Search and Entrepreneurship in Life Sciences and Healthcare, working around the world with different people in different cultures, but always based on mutual trust and respect. This time has allowed me to gain an understanding of the industry and its challenges today. My passion lies in creating success within organisations through the development of its associates, helping you to grow as organisation and as person.
